Shipping policy

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days

  • Express Shipping: 2–5 business days

  • International Shipping: 7–15 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and external factors.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. Tracking information will be available within 24–48 hours.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, your shipment may be subject to import duties and taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.

5. Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers

  • Customs processing

  • Weather or unforeseen circumstances

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your shipment. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

7. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
